1. Acceptance & Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetMemberAccess, and All Access Pass, and all related digital programs and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Calworth Glenford LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Calworth," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, purchasing a program, enrolling in a membership, checking the acceptance box, or submitting any information through our pages, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. The Company may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2. Nature of the Services — Educational Only
Calworth Glenford LLC provides educational content and digital programs, men's performance and lifestyle coaching, structured conditioning protocols, and subscription-based digital program access. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment; mental health therapy or psychological counseling; or licensed healthcare services of any kind.
All Services are educational and informational in nature. The Program is not a medical device, treatment, or therapeutic intervention, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No doctor-patient, therapist-client, or healthcare-provider relationship is created by use of the Services.
3. Not Medical or Professional Advice
Nothing provided through our programs, emails, videos, coaching sessions, community forums, or any other communication constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, making changes to your health regimen, or implementing any protocol discussed in our Services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical conditioning programs, lifestyle changes, and personal development activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Services.
You are solely responsible for consulting appropriate professionals before implementing any changes to your health, fitness, or lifestyle based on information obtained through the Services.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through Calworth's merchant accounts and/or third-party processors such as Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as applicable to the plan you select.
Subscriptions. Split-payment plans automatically process the second installment on the schedule disclosed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
6. No Guarantees of Results
We make no guarantees regarding health outcomes, physical performance, vascular improvements, or any other results. Marketing materials referencing transformations or member experiences are illustrative only. Individual results vary significantly based on individual health conditions, consistency, and other factors outside our control. No specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed. Temporary discomfort or performance fluctuation does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
7. Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Vascular Maximizer includes a conditional money-back guarantee as described at the time of purchase. To be eligible:
- You must complete Phase 1 of the program within the guarantee period stated at the time of purchase
- You must submit a refund request within that guarantee window
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund patterns. Upon issuance of a refund, access to the program is immediately terminated, any license granted is revoked, and you must cease use of all program materials.
8. Digital Product License
All program materials remain the property of Calworth Glenford LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only during your active membership or subscription. You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell program materials
- Create derivative works
- Teach or commercially exploit the Program
- Develop competing products using Program content
- Train AI systems on our content
9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Calworth Glenford LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission. Unauthorized disclosure or distribution of proprietary Program content constitutes irreparable harm.
10. Testimonials & User Submissions
Testimonials and results shared by members reflect individual experiences. They are not typical results and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
If you submit a testimonial, review, transformation story, or other content, such submissions are non-confidential and you grant Calworth Glenford LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them for promotional purposes. No compensation is owed. To request removal of a published testimonial, contact us at the address below.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF RESULTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALWORTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) $100, OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calworth Glenford LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Anti-Circumvention
For 24 months following termination, cancellation, or refund, you agree not to solicit or hire Calworth personnel, circumvent payment structures, replicate proprietary systems, or use program materials to create a competing product. Calworth may seek injunctive relief for violations.
15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Calworth Glenford LLC and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. Only written agreements signed by an authorized representative of Calworth modify these Terms.

Calworth Glenford LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates GetMemberAccess, and All Access Pass. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our pages, enroll in a program, or otherwise interact with our Services.
We are not a licensed healthcare provider and are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Information submitted to us is not treated as Protected Health Information under HIPAA.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Transactional messages related to your purchases or account access may still be sent.

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be accompanied by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
